We send our parcels within the UK via DHL or Royal Mail. Delivery can take between 3-7 days from point of order.
We can send parcels via express next day delivery if ordered before midday and the parcel will be with you within 2 working days. If you need your items sooner please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the studio on 07903686347 and we will try to help.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands). Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for an extra charge we can arrange this for you.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.
All our products are made with great care and we hope you love them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to:

Purchases will still need to be in a resalable condition, and we may make partial refunds in some cases. If you properly exercise your right of return, we will issue a full refund, including the original cost of delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that the item has been shipped back.
Please note that we will not refund the postage fee to return our products, except if they are faulty or if you have received a wrong product.
As we are located in an EU member state (the UK), our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.
You may, but are not obliged to, complete a Returns form and send it to us. The Returns form is located with every order on the My Purchases page in your Customer dashboard.
Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
Only Full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will not disclose your information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors.
